THALASSA
THALASSA
Before blue had a name, it belonged to the sea. To the shifting light beneath its surface, to the depths beyond sight, to the colors that existed long before they were ever defined. Named after the ancient Greek personification of the sea, THALASSA explores the space between color and form. Electric blues and luminous greens are captured in sculptural forms, each holding a different trace of something vast and ever-changing. Not an image of the sea, but a memory of its color.
