What is Boonee Alus Circle?

The Boonee Alus Circle is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers. Members can earn points for purchases, access special promotions, and enjoy tier-based perks and benefits.

How do I earn reward points?

How do I sign up?

Simply click the Rewards button on our website and create an account using your email address. Once registered, you can start earning points, track your rewards, and enjoy exclusive member benefits through the Boonee Alus Circle.

What are the different membership tiers?

The Boonee Alus Circle features four membership tiers: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum. Silver members receive 10% off their first order. Gold members earn 10 points per $1 spent, plus an extra 5% member discount and double birthday points. Diamond members unlock 20 points per $1 spent, an extra 10% member discount, birthday rewards, and early access after spending $300 within a year. Platinum members enjoy our highest level of benefits, including an extra 15% member discount, VIP customer service, and complimentary express shipping and returns after spending $600 within a year.

When does my tier cycle start and end?

Each membership tier cycle lasts 12 months from the date you first join or are upgraded to a new tier. At the end of the cycle, your points and tier status will be reviewed and updated based on your activity.

What happens if my tier gets downgraded?

If your points fall below the threshold for your current tier at the end of your cycle, your membership may be downgraded. You will continue to earn points and enjoy standard rewards at your new tier level, and can regain higher tiers by accumulating points again.
